Our Classes
Get fit and active. This activity is for both boys and girls. It’s a challenge boys vs girl, this is one of our most amazing class, lots of fun challenging games for all ages and abilities. The classes vary from week to week to keep it interesting. Learn through play in games to get to be active. Kids also get to practice athletic skills such as jumping, running 🏃♀️ and different games with balls⚽️ and multi sports. Every session finish with an obstacle course where the children jump, climb, dodge, swing, tumble, and balance their way through different pieces of equipment set around the room. The aim is to develop enjoyment of movement in any form that will turn little athletes into active, healthy adults, with physical and mental skills to make them confident to try new things.
